Support our global Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, and in organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategies
Manage the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure seamless sales operations
Identify and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth
Prepare presentations, reports, and statistics; coordinate training sessions and meetings
Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and providing actionable insights
Serve as a liaison between Account Managers, Professional Services, the Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and other related departments
Maintain and manage data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer records, prospects, and opportunities
Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to increase company visibility and engage with clients

Minimum 3 years' experience managing software subscription renewals
Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling software products
Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
Professional presence with excellent communication and teamwork skills
