Deploy global HR processes (e.g., merit, performance, HR organization, engagement) and associated policies, and support their implementation.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to accelerate execution and simplify existing HR practices and policies.
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and labor law; update policies and ensure internal compliance.
Define and update local HR policies; act as an expert and provide interpretations when necessary.
Support managers within your scope on individual matters: promotions, development, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, separations, and policy interpretation.
Prepare and participate in CSE (Social and Economic Committee) meetings for two companies, and prepare materials for the other two.
Monitor and trigger actions related to the social calendar, including mandatory negotiations and collective agreements.
Ensure the proper conduct of CSE expert assessments.
Participate in investigations in cases of non-compliance with the Code of Ethics or applicable regulations.
Work closely with HRBPs in your organization to ensure smooth communication and strong alignment.
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (notably Comp & Ben, International Mobility, Payroll) on specific processes.
Identify, lead, or participate in internal projects and working groups as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager in France.
Knowledge of the Metallurgy collective bargaining agreement (applied in three of the companies, including one with over 500 employees).
Significant experience in collective relations with trade unions and CSE (Works Council).
Fluency in English.
Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain compliant, aligned HR programs and processes.
Ability to positively influence peers, managers, employees, and employee representatives.
Ability to unite and align complex groups while ensuring compliance.
Ability to switch easily between operational activities and more tactical projects or actions.
