About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct pre-initiation project activities, engaging with stakeholders to gather and document requirements;
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT projects;
- Prepare comprehensive documentation: requirements, process flows, and use cases;
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, development, PMs, analysts);
- Ensure clear and continuous communication with all parties involved;
- Support the definition and execution of tests to validate solutions;
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement;
- Ensure compliance and organization of documentation in repositories (e.g., SharePoint);
- Work on change management, including RFCs and participation in CAB;
- Support agile squads, ensuring definition of Ready and Done;
- Participate in UX/UI initiatives, creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes;
- Lead and develop other Business Analysts (mentoring/coaching);
- Support decision-making, taking calculated risks and aligning with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analysis, preferably on IT projects;
- Proven experience leading business analysis initiatives;
- Solid understanding of business processes and IT systems;
- Experience with business analysis tools;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (advantageous);
- Experience producing functional documentation (requirements, flows, use cases);
- Knowledge of UX/UI (wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys);
- Experience with change management (RFC, CAB);
