Training the Human Resources (HR) Services team
Ensuring all tasks are assigned and delivered in a timely manner
Supporting day-to-day supervision of the HR Services team
Serving as an escalation point for offices in Central Europe and UK as needed
Collaborating to support process documentation initiatives and developing standard operating procedures
Helping support system adoption and change management as needed
Performing all specialist HR Services activities for the department
Managing and responding to requests as the first point of contact for HR information and advice
Utilising the ServiceNow ticketing system to monitor all assigned service requests

Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
A degree, with a focus in a HR related field, preferably; HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Relevant HR experience, ideally in a professional or financial services environment
Experience of shared services, preferably
