Perform daily maintenance of the timekeeping system, checking clock-ins/outs, collecting justifications from employees and managers, and preparing files for the monthly closing, under guidance.
Monitor the semi-annual time bank cycle, analyzing teams and employees with the highest criticality and developing an action plan for the semester closing process.
Execute the end-to-end onboarding flow for new hires, from verifying documents and registering them in the system to providing support on the day of orientation.
Monitor the schedule of medical exams (pre-employment, periodic and termination), arrange appointments and ensure medical certificates (ASOs) are up to date.
Process vacation requests and benefit applications, verifying eligibility according to company policies and legal deadlines.
Assist in drafting and updating internal policies, job descriptions and service orders, maintaining document standardization.
Solicit service quotes seeking the best conditions in terms of price, quality, payment terms and delivery, and assist in reviewing payroll and HR supplier invoices, identifying discrepancies.
Track OKRs and KPIs with a results focus and implement action plans.
Identify opportunities to streamline daily tasks and suggest adjustments to prevent manual errors.
Resolve low
to medium-complexity questions related to payroll, timekeeping and benefits, escalating critical issues.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Excel/Sheets: Intermediate level (basic formulas, filters and conditional formatting).
Legislation: Basic knowledge of CLT (Brazilian Labor Code) — vacations, working hours and basic payroll items.
Tools: Experience with timekeeping systems or HR ERPs is desirable.
