Handle customer inquiries: You respond to inquiries via email and phone, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Optimize processes: You identify improvement opportunities in workflows and propose optimizations.
Support team development: You help establish structures and onboard new team members.
Relay feedback: You gather customer insights and work closely with Product and Operations to improve our services.
Requirements
You have some prior experience in customer service.
You are a strong communicator — fluent in German and ideally also in English.
Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required.
You enjoy helping customers and find solutions for every problem.
You work in a structured, independent, and efficient manner.
