Responsible for managing all business-related activity to achieve the company vision and supporting strategies
Ensure that the company image as an ethical and high-quality provider of health services is maintained
Aid in the overall operation of the community in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations while completing the required training hours for certification or licensure
Become familiar with the standards of practice for skilled nursing and long-term care and achieving a proficient level of competency within all departments of the community
Requirements

A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration, or related field, required
Master’s degree preferred
Must possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF/MC/AL setting
Must be working towards licensure in the state in which practicing
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
