Role Overview
- Primary coordinator of international transport
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Coordinate and organize air, sea, road, and rail transport
- Keep clients informed about their shipment progress
- Advise customers and proactively resolve issues
- Manage customer invoicing
- Develop and structure supplier relationships and handle negotiations
Requirements
- Strong interest in the transport industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to handle challenging situations
- Naturally curious and proactive; takes initiative
