About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative support for acquisition program management activities
Review incoming Purchase Requests (PRs) and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) for completeness
Maintain acquisition trackers, program schedules, and financial data
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item tracking
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and facility requirements
Prepare and edit correspondence, briefings, and reports
Manage document control and filing systems
Support preparation of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
Coordinate calendars and scheduling for program office personnel
Maintain program office records in accordance with recordkeeping requirements
Assist with preparation of acquisition documentation and contract modifications
Track and monitor deliverable due dates and submission status
Provide visitor coordination and front office reception support
Support program reviews and senior leadership briefings
Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: Seven (7) years of administrative support experience in DoD environment
Additional experience: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with DoD correspondence formats and procedures
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
