Role Overview
Define and execute the national sales and business development strategy for SRN
Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities across untapped markets
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Own sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and research teams
Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics
Actively participate in client engagements and industry events
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive business development or sales leadership experience in a high-growth environment
Proven success leading and scaling sales teams across multiple regions
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics
