Field Sales Manager – Digital Health

Role Overview

• You act as a confident professional in direct interactions with medical professionals and are only satisfied when innovation reaches the patient.
• You are strategically responsible for building and expanding your network of new and existing physicians.
• You play a central role in integrating our digital health applications into everyday clinical practice.
• You support practice teams to reduce prescription barriers so patients gain seamless access to our digital solutions.
• Conduct on-site training and events for physicians and practice teams to integrate our DiGAs into existing workflows.
• Represent Sidekick Health at trade fairs and conferences — an ideal opportunity to expand our network and showcase our solutions.
• Maintain and systematically document activities in the CRM system — using cutting-edge tools and AI assistance to elevate your sales performance.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure the best possible support for our practices.

Requirements

• Field sales experience (e.g., in healthcare, pharma, MedTech, or digital health).
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English proficiency is important for international collaboration.
• Cold-calling does not deter you—on the contrary, it motivates you.
• You are eager to develop professionally and personally in sales.
• You work in a structured, self-directed manner and maintain oversight even in challenging situations.
• You enjoy being on the road and appreciate the autonomy of field sales.
