Independently identify and proactively approach potential new medical practices on-site, by phone, virtually, by email, and through other channels
Provide knowledgeable support and long-term care for existing practices to establish DiGA as a valuable complement to standard therapy, thereby improving the quality of patient care in the long term
Support practice teams to reduce obstacles in prescribing so patients gain seamless access to our digital solutions
Work closely with Marketing to jointly ensure the best support for our practices
Maintain and systematically document all activities in the CRM system: you will work with state-of-the-art tools and AI support to take your sales performance to the next level
Conduct trainings and other events on-site and virtually for physicians and practice teams to integrate our DiGA into existing workflows
Represent Sidekick Health at trade shows and conferences – an ideal opportunity to expand our network and increase visibility of our solutions

Initial sales experience (e.g., in healthcare, pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Digital Health)
You enjoy visiting practices in person but can also assess when an alternative form of support makes more sense
Cold calling doesn't deter you—in fact, it motivates you
You are eager to develop professionally and personally in sales
You work in a structured, self-directed way and maintain oversight even during challenging phases
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are important for our international collaboration
