About this role

Maintain the integrity of our HR data across systems, including regular audits and resolving inconsistencies before they become problems
Support onboarding operations end-to-end — from pre-arrival logistics to day-one readiness to post-start follow-through
Build and maintain internal HR resources that help employees across regions find what they need
Administer employee lifecycle changes in Workday — new hires, job changes, departures — with accuracy and attention to downstream impact
Generate HR reports on request and support recurring compliance and operational reporting
Own operational pieces of People Ops projects as the team scales — process documentation, systems updates, etc.
Partner with Payroll, Legal, Total Rewards, and Benefits on cross-functional requests and process handoffs

1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role
Experience with an HRIS — Workday strongly preferred
High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping
Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked
