Role Overview
- Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services
- Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections
- Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators
- Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Fleet maintenance experience preferred
- ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components
- Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Can work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
