Lead the Market Sign Off (MSO) and regional Demand Reconciliation processes, key steps of the monthly demand cycle
Shape 12–36 month forecasts and scenario planning to support growth and capacity strategies
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to build a unified demand signal
Support new product launches, run outs, scenario planning, and risk/opportunity assessments.
Act as the Demand liaison for selected manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment between commercial demand and supply chain capabilities
Deploy statistical forecasting methods and support the development of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and elevate planning capabilities
Support IBP cycles and business planning reviews
Identify opportunities for optimization (SKU rationalization, supply flow, localization, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or another analytical discipline.
5–10 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or analytics within Supply Chain, including at least 3 years in a dedicated demand planning role.
APICS/ASCM certification preferred (or willingness to pursue certification).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency with forecasting tools and ERP systems: FOCUS, Power BI, SAP APO/IBP.
Excellent communication and cross functional influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
