Work with contaminated land and hydrogeological technical leads and other technical disciplines in winning, delivering and managing geo-environmental projects
Project management and technical delivery of a wide variety of contaminated land focused projects
Liaison with clients, stakeholders, regulators, sub-contractors and other internal disciplines
Champion high standards of performance, and influence project development
Collaborate with SL&RM team members and mentor junior staff
Requirements
Degree qualified in a relevant engineering or science subject (e.g. geology, geography, hydrogeology, chemistry, earth sciences, environmental science)
Post graduate qualification also desirable
Chartership with a relevant professional body
Relevant post-graduate experience (ideally within a consultancy environment)
Technical leadership and delivery of Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Site Investigations, remediation design and verification / validation for a range of projects and clients
Good working knowledge and demonstrable understanding of the relevant legislation, technical guidance, industry standards and best practice for contaminated land, materials management and waste
Good commercial understanding of geoenvironmental aspects of projects and proven experience of winning work.
