About this role

Active participation in supporting employees on various HR topics, including onboarding and offboarding, transfers, and drafting employment references
Support in processing time tracking
Preparation and administrative management of all types of HR documents
Maintenance and administration of our HR management system, Workday
Support on exciting HR projects

Currently enrolled as a student
Meticulous work approach and enjoyment of working in a team
Creative, problem-solving-oriented working style
Strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive personnel data
Goal
and service-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient MS Office skills
Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
Initial practical experience in HR is an advantage but not required
Affinity for IT / strong interest in information technology
