- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer
- Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings and referrals
- Coach hiring leaders on effective and inclusive recruitment practices
- Represent the organization at job fairs and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles
- Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
