About this role
Role Overview
Provide individualized customer consultations for a defined B2B customer portfolio via email and phone to nurture long-term relationships
Conduct needs analyses and independently determine customer requirements, paired with product-related advice
Identify cross
and upselling opportunities during customer interactions
Independently prepare quotes, including follow-up and documentation, to deliver a seamless customer experience
Analyze sales figures independently to derive measures for revenue growth
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree with some initial professional experience
Experience in multi-channel sales desirable; eCommerce affinity is an advantage
Confident appearance, strong written communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset
Structured and independent working style with the ability to understand technical products
Team player with the willingness to take the lead on projects when needed
