Working Student – Human Resources

Role Overview

• Actively support employees on various HR topics, including onboarding and offboarding, internal transfers, and preparation of employment references
• Support the processing of time tracking
• Prepare and administratively manage all HR documents
• Maintain and administer our HR management system, Workday
• Support exciting projects in the HR area

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student
• Meticulous working style and enjoyment of working in a team
• Creative and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive personnel data
• Goal
• and service-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident MS Office skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on mentality
• Prior practical experience in HR is an advantage but not required
• IT affinity
