Assist with maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Support the new hire onboarding process, including coordination, documentation, and ensuring a positive employee experience
Support benefits administration processes, including enrollments, audits, and employee inquiries
Help generate HR reports and dashboards; assist with data analysis to support business decisions
Provide administrative and coordination support for Talent Acquisition activities (e.g., interview scheduling, background check screening and candidate tracking)
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements and documentation updates
Served as a first point of contact for high-level employee inquiries, exercising sound judgment to interpret policies, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters appropriately
Support general HR operations and contribute to miscellaneous team projects as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university as a rising third
or fourth-year undergraduate student.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Prior internship or coursework related to HR, business analytics, or operations (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with HRIS platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Preferred Qualifications)
