Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end delivery of concept-select and feasibility studies to project gate requirements
- Coordinate discipline-specific engineering resources across the Concept Engineering matrix
- Oversee technical artifact delivery, key workshops and cross-functional alignment
- Report study progress, bottlenecks and quality metrics to leadership
- Coordinate with Energy Solutions, customers, and key stakeholders pre-FID study requirements and outcomes
- Support Energy Solutions with technical inputs for FID, and deliver post-FID handover packages
- Integrate ESG, risk and SCI requirements into concept documentation
- Lead innovation facilitation sessions screening new gas options for feasibility and strategic fit
Requirements
- Front-end/concept-select study management experience in gas infrastructure or energy
- Matrix resource coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Technical artifact governance — HAZIDs, emissions screening, climate resilience
- Investment gate process and formal handover familiarity
- ESG and regulatory compliance knowledge in infrastructure projects
- People leadership experience with 4–6 direct reports in concept/feasibility engineering
