About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and long-term contract renewals
Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring successful adoption of New Flyer Connect technology
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (technical support, engineering, sales)
Track and manage customer accounts, project updates, and key metrics using Excel and internal systems
Assist in the development of customer presentations, training materials, and case studies
Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
Contribute to business development initiatives, including pricing models and customer insights
Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to support product and service improvements
Support marketing and promotional efforts related to New Flyer Connect
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or client support)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Exposure to working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
Interest in technology, data, or the transportation industry
ASSETS:
Experience working with software, telematics, or technical products
Background in business, technology, or engineering-related fields
Experience delivering presentations, training, or product demonstrations
