About this role
Role Overview
Implement and manage campaigns to optimise customer engagement
Full-cycle management of automated workflows and triggers within Customer.io
Tailor retention efforts to various customer segments to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV)
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) to reactivate dormant users and maintain active engagement
Track and analyze key performance indicators (Churn rates, LTV, Retention Rate) and provide actionable insights for optimization
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor user behavior and ensure personalized messaging aligns with user preferences
Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or analytical roles
Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io (setting up complex segments and automated flows) is mandatory
Ability to work with data, spot trends, and make decisions based on performance metrics
Excellent teamwork abilities and a proactive, responsible approach
B2 level or higher English proficiency (essential for working with technical interfaces and global strategies)
