About this role
Role Overview
Own the first ninety days of customer relationship for G2's Buyer Intent clients
Guide customers through onboarding process and advise on best practices
Provide support for integrations, insights, and data mapping
Conduct client training sessions on product and G2 resources
Collaborate with Sales, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager and other roles
Requirements
3+ years of customer service, customer support, sales engineering or project management experience in a B2B environment
Ability to problem-solve technical issues with customer systems
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Proven project management, follow-up skills and attention to detail
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with B2B marketing and sales tools (e.g. salesforce, hubspot, segment)
