Define and champion the Restaurant Operations vision for Canada that aligns with the brand’s strategy across North America
Serve as a strategic liaison and trusted business advisor between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence through proactive coaching, performance oversight, and remediation, ultimately ensuring brand standards are met
Lead the local Field Operations team and provide strategic partnership to franchisee above restaurant leadership, supporting long term planning initiatives including market expansion, remodel strategy, local marketing opportunities, and competitive operations/DMA analysis
Develop strategies, champion tools and procedures, and partner cross functionally with global teams to improve the team member and customer experience in locally relevant ways
Drive high priority, cross functional marketing and menu initiatives from planning through execution
Lead efforts to bring a multi-layered limited time offer (LTO) calendar to life by partnering with our global food innovation team, quality assurance, and supply chain co-op
Provide project management to a third-party supply chain co-op, act as a primary contact for their brand leader, category managers, etc
Make strategic recommendations and provide solutions to deliver a complex and growing calendar
Lead spend smarter initiatives to protect franchisee profitability while balancing brand needs and growth
At least 10 years of experience leading operations or program management teams within a customer service focused organization. Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus
Deep understanding of executing programs across a system and managing multiple high-impact projects at the same time
Proven track record of identifying, building, and executing scalable processes
Strong coaching skills and success influencing teams and partners that you may not have direct responsibilities over
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, including effective influencing skills
Multiple years of experience using business insights tools and project management software. Use of AI tools to manage workflow a plus
Demonstrated ability to understand a P&L
Ability to travel up to four times annually within the U.S., with semi-regular local travel in Ontario and additional in-country travel approximately five to six times per year.
