Strategic filter & enabler: You prepare complex data into clear analytics dashboards and presentations, structure topics, and manage follow-up with lead-gen and sales teams.
Operational excellence & project management: You ensure that nothing falls through the cracks in our highly dynamic setup (inbound, outbound, pipeline management) and that processes run smoothly together.
End-to-end project ownership: You independently build, analyze, and execute new lead-generation initiatives.
Cross-functional interface: You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to holistically optimize customer acquisition for Heartbeat’s installed base.

Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
1–3 years of professional experience in a demanding, highly dynamic environment (e.g., as a top-tier intern/analyst in management consulting, in venture development, or as an early employee/founder at a startup)
Extremely quick comprehension & resilience: You don’t need to master every tool from day one, but you immediately grasp complex contexts and adapt quickly to new challenges
Strong end-to-end mindset: You think through processes from the initial idea to final execution and commercial evaluation
Structured & proactive work style: Zero-ego and an absolute hands-on mentality — from taking clean meeting notes to designing go-to-market strategies
AI affinity: You know how to use modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) smartly and integrate them into processes to massively accelerate your and our daily work
German at C-level (business-fluent)
