building and executing joint marketing plans with distributors and TSDs to drive pipeline creation, progression, and conversion
driving distributor-led demand generation programs across digital, events, webinars, and content syndication
designing and scaling repeatable campaign frameworks across distributor and TSD ecosystems, enabling advisors, sub-agents, and partners
partnering with channels sales, field marketing, and distributors to support co-selling motions and accelerate pipeline
managing MDF investments and delivering data-driven reporting to optimize ROI and demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
Requirements
8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
experience in B2B or channel marketing
proven track record of driving pipeline through partner-led demand generation
experience working with distributors, TSDs, or indirect go-to-market models
strong understanding of MDF strategy, partner co-marketing, and multi-tier partner ecosystems
strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partner teams
proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
