Hold implementation calls with VARs/End Users to review pre-requisites and introduce them on how to interface with the MyBuildings Customer Portal; and managing the ongoing work with the VAR/End User
Using PMS, Cora, to initiate projects for new work from pre-developed project plans; will assist building project plans with the Managers and Team Leads
Assigning resources based on availability and skills to the projects
Work within the Cora PMS for processes including client PO receipt, scheduling, and closure; building the designed workflow in the system
Work within SAP for processes including baselining and invoicing
Be responsible for using the PMS to provide capacity and productivity analytics along with other critical services KPI’s
Program manage the Advanced Services PMS (Cora) including maturing the implementation to full and effective use of the system
Developing and practicing a ‘project management approach’ to client engagements for PES and CS departments within Advanced Services
Handling project coordination for customer engagements
Advancing to and acting as a ‘super user’ of the PMS
Ensuring proper and full use of the PMS system by all staff and ensuring the integrity of the data (inputs and outputs)
Be a key point of contact for client and reseller inquiries and escalation about software project milestone and installation completion status
Track order progression and communicate progress
Provide and maintain reports as required by management including sales and delivery metrics
Facilitates the operating and implementation processes to assure proper communication regarding significant current/potential resource or performance problems (schedule unfeasibility or non-compliance, hardware or capacity imbalances, etc.) to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Proactive and regular interaction with sales, operations, and financial teams to ensure the customer delivery process runs smoothly
Researching of quoting, billing and expiration discrepancies
Overall monitoring of end-to-end project requirements
Requirements
Familiarity with CRM tools and excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Effective project management, analytic and organizational skills
Demonstrated skills in facilitating cross functional meetings
Strong communication skills
3+ years of direct customer interaction (designing, developing or supporting)
Knowledge of the principals of cost estimating, scheduling and requirements gathering
Ability to accurately interpret software requirements documents and scope of work modifications to determine cost of such change is highly desired
Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or similar (Preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of operations, project coordination and/or office sales support experience. (Preferred)
Effective Communication: Ability to correspond effectively with a variety of functional teams, and strong interpersonal skills for supporting and advising sales, operations, and financial teams on proper systems and process (Preferred)
Strong organization skills and the ability to plan, prioritize and schedule work within defined timeframes (Preferred)
