Associate Professional, Business Systems Analysis

Role Overview

• Collaborating with everyone from local stakeholders to offshore development teams to keep projects moving.
• Tackling system challenges head-on and seeing solutions in the wild.
• Working with MSSQL, XML, and JSON, turning raw data requirements into streamlined business processes.
• Defining the parameters that allow the business to scale.
• Gathering requirements, researching alternatives, gaining consensus, and delivering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience where you’ve mastered the art of system-to-business alignment.
• OR BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• You’re comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON (Nice to have) and are proficient in MSSQL.
• You can explain a technical 'why' to a non-technical 'who' with ease and precision.
• You have the project management chops to drive a solution from the initial 'problem' stage all the way through testing and implementation.
