What Your Day Might Look Like

- Own the relationship: Act as the main point of contact for your clients — building trust, navigating complexity, and driving long-term partnerships.
- Drive account growth: Identify opportunities, shape proposals, and turn client needs into meaningful, revenue-generating work.
- Keep delivery on track: Stay close to project teams, spot risks early, and step in when alignment is needed.
- Handle complexity: Lead client conversations — from steering committees to difficult discussions — with clarity and confidence.
- Think ahead: Plan your accounts strategically — understanding priorities, stakeholders, and where the next opportunity lies.
- Lead engagements from the start: Run discovery sessions, shape scope, and set the tone for how Satori works as a partner.
- Support others: Mentor junior ELs and team members, helping raise the overall bar.
- Stay on top of the numbers: Track account health, revenue, and delivery performance to keep a clear view of where things stand.
- At the core of it: you connect the dots across clients, teams, and opportunities — and make sure things move forward.
Requirements
Your Superpowers 🚀
- 7+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role (consulting, tech/SaaS, data & analytics, or similar), with ownership of relationships and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the data & analytics space, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and trends, with a practical point of view on where they create value.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream engagements and keeping delivery aligned without micromanaging.
- Proven ability to drive commercial growth — identifying opportunities and turning them into real engagements.
- Strong presence and communication skills — comfortable leading senior client conversations and navigating challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments, and bringing structure where needed.
