About this role
Role Overview
Conceptualize and create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns across digital platforms
Develop scripts, creative briefs, and direction for video and static content
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively and ensure quality output
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into improved creative strategies
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance metrics
Repurpose existing content into effective ad formats where applicable
Manage and grow LinkedIn presence by creating and publishing engaging content regularly
Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content
Stay updated with trends in digital advertising, content formats, and platform best practices
Requirements
Min Experience: 1 years
Strong copywriting and scripting skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content
Deep understanding of ad creative fundamentals such as hooks, storytelling, and call-to-actions
Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) and ability to create polished visuals independently
Basic video editing skills and comfort handling content production tasks when required
Familiarity with paid marketing platforms and understanding of how creatives impact performance
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven creative decisions
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with external agencies and internal teams
Confidence in handling on-ground shoots and collaborating with creative vendors
Proactive, execution-focused mindset with a high level of ownership
Interest in content creation, branding, and performance marketing
Ability to balance creativity with measurable business outcomes
