Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You acquire clients in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions
• Attend and handle prequalified customer appointments scheduled by the inside sales team (50–60 bookings per month)
• You work independently and can plan your week yourself, ensuring you meet or exceed your targets
• Maintain your client base and proactively expand it
• Independently install terminals and POS systems for won customers

Requirements

• Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or previous roles is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid Class B driver’s license required
• No specific degree required
• Excellent written and verbal German language skills
