You take responsibility for the structured onboarding of new employers, conducting digital introductions and webinars for HR representatives and employees
By providing professional, practical explanations of processes, platform features, and best practices, you ensure employers and employees become active quickly
After contract signing, you are the primary contact for operational questions and support administrative and procedural matters
You coordinate internal interfaces for more complex issues
You work closely with New Business and Account Management
You support existing-customer initiatives and activation campaigns
You accurately document all relevant information in the CRM
Requirements
You already have experience in inside sales, sales operations/inside sales support, customer success management, or a comparable role
You work in a structured way and can keep track even when handling multiple concurrent onboardings
You enjoy explaining complex topics clearly and communicate in a clear, empathetic, and solutions-oriented manner
You are familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Dynamics
You communicate confidently in German (C2)
