Sales Manager, B2B – Business Development, Serviced Apartments

Role Overview

• Responsible for nationwide business development across the corporate, long-stay and group segments
• Build strong, resilient customer relationships
• Actively drive B2B business with ownership and a growth mindset
• Conduct cold outreach and prospecting with structure and creativity
• Identify decision-makers and approach them directly
• Lead negotiations with clarity and confidence
• Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing
• Analyze performance and derive concrete actions
• Drive sales automation and create scalable processes
• Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM

Requirements

• True passion for sales — and the ambition to achieve more than just your targets
• Strong in outreach and cold calling
• Ideally an existing network in the corporate/business sector
• Personal, hands-on approach to customer contact
• Self-directed, organized and highly driven
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sales experience — preferably in hospitality, serviced apartments, tourism or B2B environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for opportunities
• Good knowledge of digital tools
• Fluent in German and English
