About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for nationwide business development across the corporate, long-stay and group segments
Build strong, resilient customer relationships
Actively drive B2B business with ownership and a growth mindset
Conduct cold outreach and prospecting with structure and creativity
Identify decision-makers and approach them directly
Lead negotiations with clarity and confidence
Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing
Analyze performance and derive concrete actions
Drive sales automation and create scalable processes
Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM
Requirements
True passion for sales — and the ambition to achieve more than just your targets
Strong in outreach and cold calling
Ideally an existing network in the corporate/business sector
Personal, hands-on approach to customer contact
Self-directed, organized and highly driven
Strong negotiation skills
Sales experience — preferably in hospitality, serviced apartments, tourism or B2B environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for opportunities
Good knowledge of digital tools
Fluent in German and English
