Scaling the team: find, interview, and hire the right recruiters and sourcers into our team.
Contracts & onboarding/offboarding: own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
Regular check-ins & performance support: run check-ins with new hires (after 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month). Hold 1:1s for feedback, growth, and engagement.
Performance & KPIs: Develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers. Track results and prepare simple reports/presentations.
Structuring and documenting processes: formalizing what already works, rebuilding what doesn’t, and creating clear, practical playbooks (onboarding, performance, operations) from scratch where needed.
Brand & recognition: Research and apply for industry awards (e.g., “Top Recruitment Firms,” “Best IT Contracting Company”).
