About this role
Role Overview
Scaling the team: find, interview, and hire the right recruiters and sourcers.
Own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
Run check-ins with new hires and hold 1:1s for feedback, growth, and engagement.
Develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers.
Track results and prepare simple reports/presentations.
Formalizing, rebuilding processes, and creating clear, practical playbooks.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in HR/People Ops (generalist, talent partner role).
Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced, client-centric business.
Hands-on experience hiring recruiters, sourcers, or other high-performance roles.
Proven ability to design or refine KPIs and compensation structures.
Experience building processes from scratch or near zero.
Background in IT recruitment or solid understanding of the European tech market, tech roles, and stacks.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Russian.
