To provide support within the fast-paced events & retail marketing teams.
Interact with prospective customer base, planning, execution and tracking and fulfillment of marketing materials.
Coordinate the showroom schedule, as well as driving traffic to RbA showroom locations.
Demonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.
Support the Event & Retail department independently in various capacities including but not limited to: Researching & confirming events/retail stores for the company to participate in, Coach & train marketing representatives, Maintain CORO KPI expectations month after month with lead generation, Set up/tear down of retail showrooms and event booths/floorplans, Set up, track and report on marketing efforts and ensure they are properly entered, Assisting Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special request, as needed in RbA CRM.

High School Diploma or equivalent required OR minimum 2 years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time-dependent activities
Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus, and open to changes in work schedules, processes, and team participation.
Possess a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region
Event/Retail Marketing experience preferred.
Leadership/Coaching experience required
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
