Insurance – Total Loss Associate

Role Overview

• Record, track, and follow up with insurance and claim-handling companies\n
• Maintain accurate and complete claim records\n
• Investigate reported collision events, including impound, skip tracing, and customer service inquiries\n
• Collaborate directly with the Loss Mitigation, Insurance, and Ancillary teams\n
• Prepare requested claim documentation\n
• Collect all necessary documentation from insurance providers\n
• Process and file total loss payments\n
• Manage claim-related documents\n
• Investigate issues throughout the claim lifecycle\n
• Assist with lienholder claims as required\n
• Handle other assigned projects

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Insurance or total loss claims\n
• Excellent communication skills\n
• Ability to multitask, self-reliant\n
• Experience working remotely (WFH)\n
• Capacity to conduct research beyond the immediate scope\n
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Teams and Outlook
