About this role
Role Overview
- Customer service and post-sales management for health and dental plans;
- Maintaining and managing member records and movements within health plans;
- Adjusting and renegotiating plans based on client needs;
- Billing validation and financial control;
- Providing support to beneficiaries and corporate HR;
- Building relationships with the Commercial team and health plan operators.

- Client portfolio management;
- Agile project methodologies;
- Customer service;

- Preparing presentations.
