Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers throughout discovery, validation, and delivery — helping define problems, pressure-test opportunities, and shape product direction early.
Form and pressure-test hypotheses about customer problems, product value, and behavior change alongside Product teams.
Translate product strategy into clear, differentiated positioning grounded in real merchant value.
Own narrative leadership end-to-end across product initiatives — from early concept through launch and iteration.
Connect product decisions to downstream enablement, ensuring Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Support understand not just what we built, but why it matters.
Influence roadmap and prioritization by bringing clear customer, market, and business signals into product decisions, and shape decisions within areas of domain expertise.
Reduce friction and handoffs between Product and GTM by maintaining tight alignment between what we build and how we communicate it.
Drive adoption and feedback loops post-launch, iterating on messaging and positioning based on real-world results.
Operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-moving environment, proactively identifying gaps and moving initiatives forward without waiting for perfect clarity.
Use AI and modern internal tools to analyze customer and product signals (e.g., support tickets, sales calls, usage data), sharpen narratives, and accelerate iteration across product and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements
Strong experience in Product Marketing with demonstrated influence on product strategy and direction — not just feature launches.
Clear evidence of high-agency behavior: stepping into ambiguity, driving clarity, and moving work forward without excessive oversight.
Strong product judgment and the ability to connect customer problems to business outcomes and roadmap decisions.
Exceptional ability to simplify complex product concepts into compelling, clear narratives.
Comfort operating in flatter, fast-moving environments with fewer handoffs and broader ownership.
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, with fluency in product tradeoffs and prioritization conversations.
Bias toward velocity, ownership, and impact over process.
