Role Overview
- Invoice entry
- Experience with ICMS (Brazilian state VAT)
- Customer and supplier registrations; creation of purchase requisitions and approvals for other company departments
- Basic knowledge of fiscal routines
- Issuance of Fiscal Documents: Advanced knowledge in issuing NF-e, NFS-e and NFTS, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or Economics
- Experience with the SAP system required
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working in BPO under the Lucro Real tax regime is a plus
- Intermediate English is a plus
