Role Overview
Planning and organizing content calendars (social media, email marketing, and communities)
Executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Creating briefs for design and motion graphics
Managing posts and analyzing performance
Writing content and captions with a focus on engagement
Supporting post-event results reporting
Social listening, brand monitoring, and benchmarking
Tracking social media trends
Customer service (SAC) and social media responding
Supporting events, brand activations, and special projects
Liaising with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
Microsoft Office suite
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and communications
Basic proficiency with tools such as Google Drive, Excel/Sheets, and presentation software
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) is a plus
