Role Overview
- Lead and develop engineering team responsible for key engine components
- Oversee development, industrialization, and lifecycle management of core two-stroke engine components
- Foster a culture that promotes development, curiosity, collaboration, and data-driven ways of working
- Coach and support engineers in both technical development and ways of working
- Contribute to operational improvements and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field)
- Documented experience leading teams and/or projects
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build trusting relationships
- Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Experience with two-stroke engines, combustion engines, or component development
