Guide the design and delivery of network automation use cases that reduce manual provisioning and accelerate configuration across wireless, wireline, and edge computing platforms
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to architect, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-based automation solutions
Shape and communicate a vision for autonomous networks to enable self-managing network operations, and foster the adoption of AI, machine learning, and modern software engineering practices within your team
Drive the development of a transformational federated inventory system and network digital twin
Foster change by building a culture of continuous improvement in software engineering practices, cloud-based skills, and technical excellence to deliver high-quality solutions at scale
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
10+ years of experience in software development, cloud platform engineering, or related technical leadership roles
Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, and their applications in network operations and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based systems and platforms
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams through significant transformation and change management initiatives
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
Experience in telecommunications, network operations, or infrastructure environments
Advanced knowledge of English is required
