Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs — from workforce planning and stakeholder management to full-cycle recruitment.
Own the regional recruiting process for Brazil, ensuring consistency, alignment, and best-practice sharing across the global Talent Acquisition framework.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, building strong partnerships and providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations.
Identify process gaps and opportunities within the Brazil hiring landscape, driving continuous improvement and scalability while maintaining global standards.
Use analytics to influence decisions, developing and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and talent reports that inform hiring strategies and leadership discussions.
Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives, supporting broader programs focused on culture, performance, and organizational development.
Drive local employer branding efforts, creating authentic and engaging campaigns (using tools like Canva) to elevate our presence in the Brazil market.
Enhance recruitment operations by optimizing tools, workflows, and data accuracy within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
Recruit across multiple regions when needed — experience hiring in other markets, particularly the U.S., is a strong plus.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a global organization, leading end-to-end recruitment.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with experience hiring in multiple regions — experience with the U.S. market is a plus.
Strategic and analytical mindset — comfortable using data, KPIs, and market insights to inform hiring strategies and influence stakeholders.
Creative and innovative — able to develop compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment content (e.g., using Canva) to attract top talent.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to advise and influence leaders at all levels, balancing business needs with talent strategy.
Independent and resourceful — thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems, and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
Bilingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools; comfortable troubleshooting and optimizing recruiting processes.
Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and local employment trends.
Collaborative mindset — able to work across global teams while owning regional processes and ensuring alignment with global best practices.
