Bid Process Manager

Role Overview

• Ensure aligned and standardized ways of working across Business Area Naval within bid and cost management
• Own and continuously develop calculation templates and related methodologies
• Drive improvement initiatives within tender management, including structured risk assessment
• Contribute to capability building through training, experience sharing, and knowledge transfer across the organization
• Actively manage and engage with key stakeholders across Business Units and Corporate functions
• Lead and implement digitalization initiatives within bid management and cost calculations
• Interface with Corporate functions to drive and implement Commercial initiatives related to bid and cost management
• Act as PM&T (Process, Methods & Tools) lead for processes within the Commercial domain

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a business-related area, preferably within finance, project management or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in proposal management
• Knowledge and interest in Risk Management and calculations
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
• This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
