Ensure that total rewards offerings are competitive, aligned with company goals, and compliant with legal regulations
Collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to attract, retain, and motivate employees while optimizing the company's investment in human capital
Monitor market trends, perform benchmarking, and adjust reward strategies to maintain employee satisfaction and drive business performance

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple compensation and benefits initiatives simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration
Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services
