Take ownership of Shell Private Label, including product development, supplier management, and implementation.
Ensure regular presence in Belgium and Luxembourg, build strong relationships with Territory Managers and retailers, and integrate local insights into category strategies.
Assist in optimizing beverage promotions to improve execution and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Format, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Network) to deliver category plans and innovations.
Analyze market data and consumer trends to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Support senior category managers on alcoholic beverages, tobacco, snacks, and carwash by managing operational tasks and projects.
Tactical/strategic thinking: Building category plans for different categories.
Operational execution and product management Project management to drive category pilots and innovations.
Strong account management. Manage supplier relationships, build relationships with the goal in mind and be a successful counterpart for the suppliers.
Drive innovation and challenge current offer to develop new business models and partnerships with suppliers.
Teamwork and stakeholder management. Work together closely with the Format team, Supply Chain team, Operations team, Marketing and Network team in developing new strategies, initiatives and investments for the categories.
Requirements
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, spot trends, and identify opportunities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English and Dutch or French.
Willingness to travel regularly to Belgium and Luxembourg.
