Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform territory planning, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market execution.
Partner with key customers, distributors, integrators, and sales agents to uncover opportunities and deliver long‑term value.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning Medeco solutions to their business objectives.
Support the ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions (DSS) team in sales, technical support and customer engagement.
Collaborate with ASSA ABLOY sales resources, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
Represent Medeco at key industry and company events to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years in sales, business development, or related roles).
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in complex or solution‑based environments.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
Comfort working across teams and influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Nice to Have: Experience in security hardware, electronic access control, construction, or adjacent industries.
Familiarity with consultative or solution‑selling models.
